Cindy discovered her love for health, wellness and medicine at age 17 when she began studying to become an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). She knew that she wanted a medical career in the health industry but craved a more peaceful, healing environment that integrated a mind-body-spirit approach.

Her personal journey with health challenges and skin conditions led her to a deeper understanding of how every aspect of our lives can create wellness or disease. She is a holistically trained esthetician and certified wellness coach. She specializes in lymphatic drainage facial massage, healing touch and ayurvedic specific techniques. She completed her licensure and certifications in 2008 in Holistic nursing and Naturopathic Skincare and has been practicing in Colorado for 16 years. Her main goal is to create a sacred space for her clients so that they can relax and drop deeply into a healing experience, sending them home feeling empowered with the knowledge needed to reach their skincare goals.

Cindy enjoys spending time in nature, hanging with family and friends, listening to music, paddle boarding, cooking and gardening.
